Ludovic François, Chairman
Ludovic Francois founded Stratinfo in 2006. He has advised business leaders in the management of sensitive cases for the past 20 years and has participated in the management of numerous media crises. He is also a Marketing professor at HEC Paris. His research and teaching focus on influence and crisis management strategies. He is the author of many renowned publications. Ludovic François holds a master’s degree (Ms HEC), a PhD in Management (Paris 2 Panthéon Assas), and an accreditation to supervise research (HDR) from Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne University.

Patrick Roure, Partner
Patrick Roure has led several businesses (industry, brands and retail) in various contexts for nearly 20 years (subsidiaries of large businesses and publicly listed companies, LBO). In situations of strategic and economic turnaround, he was frequently confronted with sensitive situations. For the past ten years, he has advised leaders in these areas. He teaches at the École Centrale de Paris. He has also taught or lectured in many other institutions such as HEC, IESE and ESADE. Patrick Roure is a graduate engineer from the École Centrale de Paris. He was also elected President of the Association of Graduates of that same school.

Nicolas Menguy, Partner & Managing Director
Nicolas Menguy has been advising managers in the area of sensitive affairs for 15 years, and as such, has supported numerous general managers in tense and high-stakes situations.
He teaches crisis management at HEC Paris and has also lectured in many institutions abroad. He was co-director of the Revue Internationale d’Intelligence Économique and directed La Revue des Affaires.
Nicolas Menguy holds a postgraduate degree in industrial and competition economics from the Aix-Marseille university.

Hervé Kirsch, Consulting Director
Before joining Stratinfo and bringing his expertise to private and public decision-makers, Hervé Kirsch was an officer for 32 years in the French army. He has devoted more than 10 years to information warfare, and to matters of influence within France's military engagements. During this period, he took command of the French PSYOPS unit. Subsequently, he wrote the main doctrine documents for this new field, on behalf of the French armed forces. He was also France National Representative to NATO Working Groups for strategic communication and information operations for 6 years. Hervé Kirsch is a graduate of the French Military Academy - Saint-Cyr, of the French War College (École de Guerre), and holds a postgraduate degree in political science (Paris, IEP).
Stratinfo employs around 30 people. It is headquartered in Versailles.
